Customer experiencing technical difficulties should ensure that they have downloaded the latest software releases, to ensure any issues have not been fixed in latest releases, before contacting Sedao or your reseller.

Before purchasing an email support contract, which entitles you 12 months of unlimited email support (from one designated member of your staff), please check with your reseller to ensure they don’t already include this or any other service level agreement as part of their service.
