What warranty do I have with the SWEP computer?

SWEP computers have a 12month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This is a return to base warranty and requires any faulty units to be returned to Sedao at the senders cost.  The returns procedure detailed on our website must always be followed.

I have forgotten my SWEP password, is this covered under warranty?

No: In event of loss of your SWEP administrator password, the SWEP computer will need to be returned to Sedao. Admin and Postage charges may apply.

I need help with my SWEP computer, who do I contact?

Contact your Sedao representative to discuss the range of remote and onsite training, commissioning and design services that are available.

My SWEP computer is faulty, how do I return it?

Contact your Sedao representative for advice. In the event that your Sedao representative cannot be contacted, please contact Sedao directly. In all cases, an RMA form will need to be completed and returned.  Please follow the instructions and advice on the RMA form to ensure a smooth returns experience.  Please do not return any equipment until you have received an RMA number. This RMA number must also be clearly displayed on the outer packaging of the package being returned. Product(s) returned without a valid RMA number will not be processed.
