Can I install Image Flyer on my PC to create screen designs?

Yes: When a display or site license of ImageFlyer is purchased, you are entitled to install ImageFlyer on design PCs using the same license key. These design PCs cannot be used for public or private display.  While displaying a presentation, design PCs will be in breach of the license terms.

Can I split the video signal from one PC to multiple screens?

Yes: If you have one SWEP computer, you can split the video signal to as many display devices as required.  The devices can be used to display a single presentation which may be configured as extended desktop to provide two distinct displays.  This does not breach the license terms.

Can I use copyrighted media on my screen?

Only if you have permission from the copyright holder. Sedao takes no responsibility for the content of your Digital Signage system. If in doubt, contact the copyright owner, content provider or your legal adviser for assistance.

Can I publish personal information on my Screens?

Only with the permission of the individuals involved or their guardians. Failure to observe privacy laws could result in prosecution. Sedao takes no responsibility for the content of your Digital Signage system.  Contact your legal adviser to resolve any queries you might have.

Can I use the SWEP computer for mission critical applications?

No: Sedao software is designed to present information and entertainment to a general audience. It is not designed to operate in mission critical environments where its failure could result in personal injury, environmental damage or financial loss. Sedao accepts no responsibility for any damages caused as a result of system or software failure.   Without reducing the generality of the previous sentence – no responsibility is accepted if you are unable to display content or if content is displayed that is outdated, incomplete or otherwise inaccurate – regardless of whether the cause is directly or indirectly related to Sedao or third party hardware or software and regardless of whether Sedao could have warned you of the possibility of the occurrence.

What is defined as a ‘site’ for site licenses?

A site is defined as all premises owned and operated by the end customer within a 1 mile radius of the address to which the software is registered to.

Can I create an image of my SWEP computer and restore the image on another PC?

No: This is in breach of the software licensing terms. Any imaging software used should be for backup purposes only.
