On Site Digital Signage Training
Training for administrators and users levels
Focusing on providing an ad-hoc training session, tailored to your own requirements, an on-site training day will cover all the Sedao products you have purchased with the emphasis that on completing the day the attendee will have :
- Created a series of digital screen layouts
- Delivered them to your screen network
- Set up accounts to let ‘non-skilled’ staff update your screen messages.
Please note that on-site training can only accommodate groups with a maximum of 3 members of staff.
Training non-technical members of staff
It takes less than 1 minute to train a non-technical member of staff on how to update a message on a Sedao configured digital screen.
On-site training days are not aimed at training this level of staff (though they should be included towards the end of the day) but administrators and users who have control over what they want on screen and how the information should be displayed.
For customers who do not require this level of knowledge, a training day, can double as a training and commissioning day where your trainer can set up your system for you. Please advise your trainer ahead of time if this is the case.
