Sedao and our resellers offer a full-day of on-site training to those who need it. In many cases, where customers have only bought one software title or only need one or two people training, this may not represent best value for money. Many people can learn everything they need to know (or can take in at one time) in less than two hours.
Sedao remote training is ‘bite size’ two hour training sessions provided via the phone and ‘remote desktop’ tools to train you using your own PC or SWEP player.
Our staff will log-in to your computer, via the internet on a secure remote connection, take control of your mouse and keyboard and work with you exactly as if they were sitting alongside you. Fast, secure, affordable and convenient training.
